14 Minors Escape from Tocumen CAI: Amber Alert Activated

An Amber alert was activated after 14 minors escaped from the Comprehensive Care Center (CAI) in Tocumen, following an incident on the night of Tuesday, March 24, which has generated a large search operation by the authorities. According to official information, the incident resulted in material damage to the facilities, as well as the theft of money. It was also confirmed that among the escaped minors there are two brothers. Following the incident, immediate actions were deployed in coordination with security agencies to locate the teenagers, while investigations continue to clarify the circumstances of the escape. Cogley, 12 years old Sara Arango López, 14 years old Authorities have requested the public’s support in providing any information that could help locate the children, while search operations continue in different parts of the country.
